3. Free Access & Future Pricing

Viste AI currently operates as an invitation-based free service for check-in automation. However, pricing may change in the future based on market conditions and operational costs.

• Any pricing updates will be communicated 30 days in advance to hosts.
• Future AI concierge or premium guest assistance features may be offered at an additional cost.
• Hosts agree that pricing models may evolve, and continued usage of Viste AI implies acceptance of future pricing structures.
• Viste AI reserves the right to discontinue free access at any time.

4. Host Responsibilities

By using Viste AI, hosts agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date guest check-in details and property rules.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, GDPR, and guest data protection laws.
• Monitor AI-generated responses to ensure guest communication remains high-quality.
• Use the platform in good faith without fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.

Misuse of Viste AI (spam, fraudulent listings, abusive interactions) may result in immediate suspension.

5. Guest Interactions & Liability

Viste AI provides AI-generated responses to guest inquiries.

If a guest requires human intervention, the system will escalate the conversation to the host or designated human support.

Hosts are responsible for guest disputes, refunds, or any financial obligations related to bookings.

Disclaimer: Viste AI’s AI-generated messages are based on predefined responses and may not always be 100% accurate. Hosts must review communications periodically.

6. Data Security & Privacy Compliance
