We offer three cancellation policy tiers. Please review these when booking:
Flexible: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Moderate: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in, minus a non-refundable service fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Strict: 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in, minus a non-refundable service fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The service fee, which helps us maintain and operate our platform, is nonrefundable except when a booking is cancelled by VisteAi.

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that extraordinary events can occur. In the case of emergencies such as severe illness, death in the family, or natural disasters, we may offer more leniency in our refund policy. Please contact us to discuss such circumstances.

Communications:

All communications regarding cancellations or changes must be made through the VisteAi platform. This aids in transparency and dispute resolution.
Cancellations by VisteAi:
In the rare event that VisteAimust cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide a full refund to the user and, as a token of our apology, offer a discount on a future booking.

Refund Processing Time:

Please note that refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited back using the same payment method used for the original booking.
